I'm Sohaib Thiab, a seasoned product leader, entrepreneur, and advisor with over two decades of experience building and scaling products across mobile gaming, e-commerce, media, energy, and two-sided marketplaces.
My journey started in 2005 when I founded a gaming portal that was acquired within a year. Since then, I've co-founded the first Arabic social network (Faye3.com, later acquired by Yahoo/Maktoob), built one of Jordan's first gaming studios (Wizards Productions), and led product at scale, from 7awi's 20M+ monthly users to Booking.com's global platform.
I've served as Director of Product at Eneco driving the sustainable energy transition, worked as Chief Product Officer at Foodics, the leading restaurant tech platform in the MENA region, and as Chief Product Officer at Tamatem Games, the Middle East's leading mobile game publisher. I'm also a member of the advisory board at Edraak. I was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2011.
Today, I focus on helping product teams and leaders find their path to outcomes through coaching, workshops, and hands-on consulting. I don't preach universal frameworks. I help you adapt proven practices to your unique context.
